Pro Individual is for a single person - you get unlimited storage and documents for your own health records. Pro Family adds up to 6 profiles under one account, so you can manage records for your children, parents, or other dependents, and grant them controlled access.
On the Pro Family plan, you can create up to 6 profiles. Each profile can have its own records, and you can share a profile with another person's account (for example, sharing your child's profile with your spouse). You control exactly what each person can do - view only, or view and upload.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. If you downgrade from Pro Family to Pro Individual, all profiles beyond the first remain accessible in read-only mode until the billing period ends.
Any file you upload - a PDF, image, or scan - counts as one document. A PDF with 10 pages is still one document. Multiple files uploaded separately each count as one.
You can still view, download, and search your existing 50 documents. You will not be able to upload new documents until you upgrade to Pro or delete some existing ones.
Your access continues until the end of your paid period. After that, your account enters a 10-day grace period where it is read-only. During those 10 days you will receive a link to download all your data as a ZIP file. After 10 days, we reduce your storage to the free plan limits - your account continues on the free plan, you do not lose everything.
Yes. In Settings → Data & Privacy, you can request full account deletion. You will receive a 10-day export window. After 10 days all your data is permanently deleted from our servers. This cannot be undone.
Monthly plans: no refunds for partial months. Annual plans: full refund within 7 days of purchase. Prorated refund for unused complete months after the 7-day window. Billing errors are always refunded.
ClinIQ (Clinical Intelligence) is our medical AI feature, powered by MedGemma - a medical AI model developed by Google, fine-tuned on medical literature and clinical data. Pro Individual plans include 50 ClinIQ queries per month; Pro Family plans include 200 queries per month. Your data does not leave our servers when you use it. All AI responses carry a disclaimer: this is not medical advice.
Connect (coming soon to paid plans) lets you sync data from Apple Health, Google Health Connect, or Samsung Health directly into the app. It is available only in the mobile app and requires explicit permission from you for each data type.
We are actively building several new features exclusive to Pro subscribers: Email Ingestion (forward doctor emails, lab reports, medical bills, and any health-related documents to your personal MedIQGPT email address - our system automatically processes and organises them in your health vault), Voice Search (find records by speaking), Connect (sync data from Apple Health and Google Health), Voice Chat (talk to your health AI using your voice), and WhatsApp Integration (forward prescriptions, lab reports, and medical documents via WhatsApp to your health vault - you can also chat with your MedIQGPT health AI directly through WhatsApp, ask questions, get summaries, and manage your records on the go). These will roll out progressively - all current Pro subscribers get access automatically when each feature launches.
Your documents are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). We use Row-Level Security in our database - your data is isolated at the database level, not just the application level. We never sell your data, never use it for AI training, and never share it without your explicit action.
Yes - annual billing saves approximately 20% compared to monthly (roughly 2-3 months free). Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment.
No. We use Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) pricing to make the app accessible across different economies. The price shown on the pricing page is automatically adjusted based on your location. You can change your billing region using the region selector at the top of this page.
