Security and privacy

- Database: self-hosted Supabase PostgreSQL with Row-Level Security. Each user's data is isolated at the database layer.
- Four role-based access tiers enforced at the database layer: owner, family_member, care_provider, admin.
- Authentication: Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0).
- Short-lived JWT sessions verified on every request.
