- **AI assistant**: Chat with an AI that understands your medical history. Get plain-English explanations of test results, trends, and documents.
- **Family sharing**: Manage health records for multiple family members in one account (Pro plan).
- **Document processing**: AI automatically extracts structured information from uploaded documents - test results, medications, diagnoses, dates.

- Database: Supabase Postgres with Row-Level Security

## Privacy

- Data encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and in transit (TLS)
- No data sold to third parties
- No user data used to train AI models
- User-controlled export and deletion
